SoulCollage® Trainer/Facilitators Linda Woolfson & Lucy Schaaphok have designed a retreat in the Algarve, Portugal, just for you!

We will gather together at Monte Rosa, a beautiful retreat centre tucked away in the countryside of the western Algarve yet within easy access of Faro airport. The centre is set in 10 acres of its own surrounded by unspoilt countryside in a little-known part of southern Portugal. You can wonder freely among mimosa and olive trees, enjoy

the dazzling colours of the many wild flowers, watch the butterflies zigzagging over the lavender, wander through the nearby cork forests and soak up the birdsong filling the air.

Linda & Lucy have designed a programme of creative activities to support you in your inner journey through the 5 faces of the wild woman. Each day we’ll be guiding you through a series of enjoyable and deepening activities designed to help your creativity come out to play so that you can celebrate the unique woman you truly are.

oulCollage®, painting, writing and dancing. We’ll interweave our creative activities with visits to two beautiful places soaked in myth, history and visual beauty: the fairy-tale medieval town of Silves and a boat-trip along the world-famous Algarve coast near Lagos, to enjoy the mysterious sea-caves, natural rock sculptures and pristine turquoise water.

Our programme

We'll meet daily in our studio, a large, circular room with beautiful wooden beams set up on a hill, with full natural light and surrounded by pines and vineyards –an ideal environment for your creativity to burgeon! At the beginning of the retreat, each participant will be given her own unique journal and you'll go home with a precious record of the retreat to support you as you continue on your personal creative journey. The retreat is designed to leave space between group activities for you to enjoy some quiet, reflective time if you wish.

Your retreat facilitators

Linda Woolfson & Lucy Schaaphok share a life-long passion for the creative process. They have been friends and colleagues since first meeting in 2013 in California where they apprenticed together as SoulCollage® Trainers with Seena Frost. Lucy studied psychology and is a visual artist also partially trained in Biodanza. Linda has a PhD in French literature and is a writer & lover of languages with a strong teaching background. They enjoy combining their talents and enthusiasms to create inspiring events.

Costs

Early bird price: €950,- for a shared room, €1070,- for a single room (normal prices €1050,- and €1170,-) for registration and payment before January 31 2017.

To give everyone lots of personal attention, spaces are limited, so reserve your space early!

The retreat has a small number of single rooms so book now if you would like one.

Agreement of Terms

What is Included in the Fee:

All workshop sessions and materials
Six nights lodging with private shower/bath facilities at Monte Rosa
Six breakfasts
Five lunches

Excursion to a beautiful medievel town Silves, and boat-trip along the world-famous Algarve coast near Lagos
Advice on travel plans if desired

What is Not Included

Travel costs
Extra personal expenses
Transfers to and from Faro airport first and last days.

Payment Schedule

A €150 deposit is due when you submit this form and reserves your space on a first come first serve basis. The balance is due by April 1, 2017.

Cancellation and Refunds

There is a non-refundable €150 cancellation charge until the registration deadline of April 1 2017. Written cancellation is required to process a refund. There are no refunds after this date. Although unlikely, the retreat may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If cancelled, the entire amount paid will be refunded within fourteen days after cancellation occurs. Lucy Schaaphok and Linda Woolfson are not responsible for any other costs incurred including costs related to the purchase and cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations. Lucy Schaaphok and Linda Woolfson are not liable for any airline cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of non-refundable tickets, nor are they liable for cancelled flights.

Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that all participants take out travel and health insurance from a reputable insurance company.

Eligibility

The minimum age for this retreat is 18 years of age. Lucy Schaaphok and Linda Woolfson reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a member of this retreat at any time.

Itinerary or Program Modifications

While every effort will be made to carry out the programme as planned, the programme is subject to modification and change.

Responsibility

Lucy Schaaphok and Linda Woolfson are responsible only for the educational aspects of the retreat program. They are not responsible for reservations, accommodation, transport or safety. They are therefore not liable in any way for personal injury, death, property damage or any loss incurred by participants in connection with the retreat.
